Delete your epilog account

Request deletion without the app

Email epilogg.app@gmail.com from the email address on your epilog account with the subject “epilog account deletion request”. We will verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your account and associated live diary/social records, including your game library, reviews, lists, posts, follows, messages, notifications, account-linked usage records, device registrations and sessions. It also initiates removal of your epilog-hosted avatar, profile banner, custom covers and private pending images. Failed storage deletions are retried.

What may remain

Reports submitted by other users may retain snapshots of reported content and identifying information. Product feedback may retain its text and technical context after its account link is removed. Previous usernames remain reserved to prevent reuse of old profile addresses. These records are not automatically erased by account deletion.

Operational logs, records held by providers and backups may remain separately, depending on their purpose, provider settings and applicable legal requirements. Copies already saved by other people and accounts or original library data at external providers are outside this deletion process.
